How we work
Playgrounds have brutal use: 50 to 200 kids per day jumping, falling, colliding. Standard foam collapses in three months. We supply high-density HR foam (D28 upwards), certified with EN 1177 for children's facilities and CFR16-1610 for fire retardancy.
For the covers we use antibacterial faux leather that's cleaned with a wet cloth, resists urine and food, and doesn't harbour bacteria. Sewing with Kevlar-blend thread that doesn't break even under 500N pull. All corners are rounded, no sharp edges, no exposed hard fasteners.
We work with playgrounds, kindergartens, primary schools, indoor play centres, gyms with children's corners and municipal after-school facilities. Written 3-year warranty on foam collapse and 2-year on the covers under normal use.
