How we work
Salt, sun and moisture are the nightmare of any upholstery — unless it's been built to withstand them. We work with recreational boat owners, charter operators and marinas from Nikiti to Porto Koufo to keep their cushions and cabins looking like new.
We build cabin mattresses from marine-grade zero-absorption foam (water flows through and drains in minutes) with Sunbrella or Acrylic covers, fabrics used by the US Navy. Cockpit and deck cushions are sewn with Gore Tenara thread that doesn't rot in the sun, and the zippers are marine-grade YKK with plastic teeth (not metal, which oxidises). Canopies, sunshades and bimini tops are fixed with 316L stainless steel screws on anodised aluminium frames.
For every boat we visit the marina with a laser tape measure and take digital patterns — every piece fits with millimetre accuracy. Delivery is 10 to 21 days depending on the number of pieces, and we provide a written 5-year warranty on the fabrics and 8-year warranty on the foam.
