Shipping & Returns

Shipping options

For Thessaloniki

From our store at Paster 17, Thessaloniki with no shipping charge. Most products ship the next business day via a partner courier or Hellenic Post (ELTA) (door-to-door).

We do not ship cash on delivery.

For the rest of Greece

There are 3 shipping methods:

  • By courier — 1–2 business days, door-to-door.
  • By transport agency — 1–2 business days, pickup from the agency or curbside delivery.
  • By KTEL bus — 1 day, pickup from the bus station agency.

Shipping costs are paid by the recipient.

Courier shipping costs

For mainland destinations and islands:

  • €3.65 up to 2 kg
  • +€1.60 per additional kg

Indicatively, for a parcel up to 8 kg, shipping costs are €13.25. Costs may exceed this due to product volume.

All the above prices include VAT.

Heavy and bulky items

For heavy or bulky parcels (e.g. mattresses, foam blocks) we recommend shipping via transport agency with curbside delivery. Charges in this case are agreed based on volume and agency. A prepayment to our bank account is required.

Medium bulky parcels up to 20 kg can be shipped via ELTA with pickup from the local branch.

International orders

International shipping is by post and prices vary by country. Contact us for a quote.

Order confirmation

When you submit your order, an automatic email is sent showing what you ordered. You don’t need to do anything else — your order is on its way. If any issue arises, we will contact you.

Returns

If you wish to return a product you purchased, you can do so in 2 ways within 7 calendar days of receipt:

  1. By delivering the product(s) in their original condition and packaging to the store (Paster 17, Thessaloniki, PC 54633), presenting the purchase receipt.
  2. By shipping the product(s) at your own expense, in their original condition and packaging, enclosing the purchase receipt.

Warning: Refunds and returns of custom-order products such as custom-cut foam, pillows and mattresses of special dimensions are not accepted, and any prepayment is forfeited.
